What is your refund policy?

30-Day First Bag Guarantee

At YUMI Bear, your first bag should feel like a no-risk try. If you are trying YUMI Bear Almond Protein for the first time and you do not genuinely enjoy it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your first bag.

This guarantee is designed to help new customers try YUMI Bear with confidence. It applies to your first order only and is limited to one bag per customer.

How the guarantee works

If your first bag is not right for you, email us at info@yumibear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short note letting us know what was not right.

Once approved, we will refund the purchase price of one bag to your original payment method.

Guarantee eligibility

  • Applies to first-time YUMI Bear customers only.
  • Applies to one bag only, even if your first order included multiple bags or a bundle.
  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Applies only to products purchased directly from yumibear.com.
  • One guarantee claim per customer, household, or shipping address.

Bundles and multi-bag orders

If your first order contains more than one bag, the guarantee still applies to the first bag only. Additional bags in the order are not eligible for refund under the First Bag Guarantee unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Subscription orders and renewals

The First Bag Guarantee applies to your first YUMI Bear order only. Subscription renewals and repeat orders are not covered by the First Bag Guarantee.

Subscription cancellations or changes must be made before the next billing date. Once a renewal payment has been processed and the order has begun preparing for fulfilment, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email us at info@yumibear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will replace the affected item or provide a refund where appropriate.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or unless otherwise required by law.

Unauthorised returns

Because YUMI Bear is a food product, we cannot accept unauthorised returns. Please contact us before sending anything back. Products returned without approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Fair use

YUMI Bear reserves the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the First Bag Guarantee.
