You can pause, skip, reschedule, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account, with no requirement to contact us first. You may also cancel by emailing info@yumibear.com.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Cancelling stops all future charges. Orders already processed are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Shipping
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy available at yumibear.com. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.
